Where and when is Radical Health Festival Helsinki 2024 organized?

Radical Health Festival Helsinki 2024 is organized May 21-23 at the Helsinki Expo and Convention Center – Messukeskus.
Venue address: Messukeskus Siipi Conference Centre entrance | Rautatieläisenkatu 3, 00520 Helsinki.

Where and when can I collect my event badge?

Event badges can be collected from Messukeskus INFO when you arrive to event venue. You will receive a QR-code before the event to your email. The same QR code can be found in your profile at Festival’s App .When you arrive at Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre, show the QR code at the entrance, where you can print the event badge for yourself. With the event badge printed on-site you will have access to the event. We recommend to keep the event badge visible during the whole event.
Same badge is valid in all three event days 21-23 April.

This May, get ready to dive into networking and making new friends during the Radical Health Festival!

On top of our Radical programme we want to provide an opportunity for partners and delegates to matchmake during the Radical Health Festival Helsinki 2024 and to find new cooperation opportunities, ideas, and other useful contacts and to widen your network. The Festival App is opening on the 29th of April – so stay tuned for more information!

Our Festival App is free of charge for all Festival’s partners and delegates. You can book 20 min meetings and meet people at the Matchmaking area. This area is located in the exhibition area – just follow our Matchmaking signs.

Dress Code? Festival wear, of course!

The basic rule is: be yourself and come as you are. Coats and ties are definitely very optional. Casual is fine. And festive, fun and colourful is encouraged.

What are the different ticket types?

Radical Health Festival Helsinki 2024 ticket types are

Start-ups:

Start-up ticket includes an access to Festival’s exhibit and all the seminar programme organized during the three days. It also includes possibility to use our Tavata Matchmaking tool and area during the event.

The Radical Health Festival defines startups and SMEs as companies meeting the following 3 criteria at the time of their registrations:

  • Company is less than 5 years old
  • Company earns less than 5 millions euros in annual revenues
  • Company counts less than 20 employees
Public Sector (Hospitals, government & academia):

Public Sector ticket includes an access to Festival’s exhibit and all the seminars organized during the three days. It also includes possibility to use our Tavata Matchmaking tool and area during the event.

Private Sector: Pharma | IT | MedTech:

Private Sector ticket includes an access to Festival’s exhibit and all the seminars organized during the three days. It also includes possibility to use our Tavata Matchmaking tool and area during the event.

Student:

Student ticket includes an access to Festival’s exhibit and all the seminars organized during the two days. 

 

Registration

This initiative relies on an honor-based system. Please don´t abuse it.

 

How can I pay for my ticket?

As a payment method we accept credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express), Mobile Pay and all the Finnish banking services. We also provide SVEA B2B invoice service for companies with Finnish VAT code.

Can I buy tickets for my colleagues?

Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

You may request a substitution from within the same company or organisation. To request a substitution please write to customer.service@messukeskus.com before May 30 2023. After this date no substitutions will be processed. Substitutions cannot be performed on site.

 

Can I cancel my registration and get a refund?

All event registrations are non-refundable. However, you may request a substitute from within the same company or organisation. To request a substitution please write to customer.service@messukeskus.com before 21st of May. After this date no substitutions will be processed. Substitutions cannot be performed on site.

Arriving

Getting to Messukeskus?

Messukeskus is located in Pasila, Helsinki and is easy to access by public transportation or by car.

If you arrive by public transportation or taxi the address is:
Expo Plaza Main entrance | Messuaukio 1, 00520 Helsinki, Finland

If you arrive by car the address is:
Car Park and Expo Car Park entrance | Address for GPS devices: Ratapihantie 17

  • All local and long-distance trains stop at Pasila railway station, just a 300-metre walk from Messukeskus.
  • Trams from the centre of Helsinki are 2, 7 and 9.
  • Several busses, check routes hsl.fi

Please note that tickets must be bought before boarding a public transportation via a mobile app or from a ticket machine.

All our entrances are accessible for people with disabilities and all of our floors can be accessed with elevator. The majority of Messukeskus restaurants are also accessible.

How to find us

Parking fee

There is a car park on site at Messukeskus. The parking fee is €14, which allows you to park once and stay for 24 hours. Charging provided by EuroPark. Payment options:

  • At Messukeskus payment machines
  • As a mobile payment with the EasyPark app
  • At www.autopay.io
  • By EuroPark invoice in arrears, (includes an invoicing fee)

Helsinki – Vantaa airport

Helsinki Airport is the local airport, and it is located 20km away from Helsinki city center. From Helsinki Airport is excellent train, bus, and taxi connections to city centre and to Pasila.

I and P trains run from the airport to the nearby Pasila railway station. The journey takes around 30 minutes, and trains leave every 10 minutes in the daytime. By taxi, you can reach Messukeskus in 15–20 minutes.
