Construction: Monday 12 June  I  14:00–20:00

Construction entrance via Messukeskus Siipi (open 14:00–20:00) and V11-door (open 14:00–17:00). Entrance after 17:00 only via Messukeskus Siipi. No parking at construction entrances. All exhibitors need to collect their exhibitor badges from the info desk beforehand.

We price according to price periods. The earlier you place an order, the more you will save on the required products and services. Furthermore, you can ensure the availability of necessary products.

Placing your order by 29.5.2023 you will acquire the products at a lower cost.

Networking during the event – Tavata Networking tool

Tavata is a networking platform to use for internal networking. It is free of charge for all event’s exhibitors and delegates. You can book 15 -30min meetings and meet people during the event at the networking area.

Cleaning services

SOL cleaning services look after the cleaning of general areas between event days. Messukeskus operates an advanced waste recycling system and all exhibitors have the possibility of leaving stand waste generated during construction and dismantling to be sorted by our cleaning staff. There will be large waste containers for packaging refuse.

Tidiness of the booth is an important part of the company image you are giving to Festival visitors. A tidy booth is inviting and creates a positive memory of the encounter. SOL will be happy to take responsibility for the tidiness and comfort of your exhibition booth. The cleaning service includes wiping tables, vacuuming/moist wiping floors and emptying trash bins.

All exhibition stand that have been ordered from Messukeskus includes start cleaning on Monday 12th of June after construction time. If you like SOL to handle cleaning of your stand during the event or after the first event day, it should be ordered separately.

ContactMate® eLead- collect your leads

For more efficient and health-safe operations at the event stand- forget about paper forms! Speed up the processing of business cards and questionnaires. Make a draw. Create an electronic survey form or feedback questionnaire.

The solution for this is the ContactMate service, which collects the contact information of Festival’s visitors at your stand electronically. Register a contact with the ContactMate® eLead mobile app or rental device with one click and quickly go to the questions you have created by tapping the screen and selecting your customer’s answers. In accordance with the data protection act, an electronic register of scanned guests is created, with which you handle post-marketing efficiently and quickly.

Versatile features allow for reliable and fast storage of contacts. A mapping form can be downloaded to the product to target follow-up actions such as raffles, invitations to tender, procurement plans, or newsletter subscriptions.

Internet connections

Messukeskus provides a free-of-charge wireless network called Messukeskus in all its premises. It is suitable for browsing the internet and other light traffic. No log in or passwords are required for the network.

The Messukeskus network operates in the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz WLAN frequency bands (802.11a/g/n). The server for outgoing mail:

For payment terminals, cash systems and other critical functions, you should order a fixed connection.

Make the most of logos and banners of the event in your own marketing channels

Don’t forget to share your event participation and new product releases taking place during the event in your own marketing and communications channels such as social media. You can use the event logos, banners and images to advertise your attendance without restrictions.


Services for media during the Festival 

The Radical Health Festival Helsinki Press Centre is located in the lobby next to the Info.

Exhibitor passes

The number of exhibitor passes your company is entitled to can be found from the contract / order confirmation that you have received from us.

Where and when can I collect my partner pass?

Passes can be collected from Festival’s registration desk when you arrive to Messukeskus.

Radical Health Festival Helsinki 2023 registration is open

The exhibitor passes are meant for your personnel at the stand during the fair. The pass is valid during setup, event, and dismantling times. The pass must be visible during the event all time and it entitles its holder to admission to the Exhibitor’s club.


Deliveries to your stand: logistics, storage and forwarding services

All goods sent to exhibition stands can be delivered starting from the construction day.

The exhibitor should be present to receive all deliveries.

Messukeskus staff cannot sign for your shipments.  The items cannot be stored at any other location before, during or after the event, except for the facilities of Niemi® Messupalvelut Oy, the forwarding service operating at Messukeskus, in which case the forwarding service staff takes care of shipping and signing for the items. Restaurant services

NoHo Partners has started as Messukeskus’ restaurant and catering partner on 1 July, and as a result we have had a great line-up of interesting restaurant brands at our premises over the summer.

The NoHo partnership brings convenient electronic snack, drink and lunch tickets to our corporate customers. You can order product vouchers with QR codes for the amount of your choice and distribute them by email to users. The QR code on the ticket will serve as a payment method at the checkout of the restaurants. The tickets will be charged according to usage.

Orders for snack, drink, lunch and stand tickets are placed via the Restaurant Services online shop. If you do not already have one, please create a business account in the online shop. You will then be able to select the products you want.

Permits to sell and serve food

Serving and tasting food products such as small sweets wrapped in paper, crisps, or coffee is allowed.

If you serve or sell your own food at the stand, you must notify the City of Helsinki Environment Center no later than 4 working days before the event. For further information, contact details and instructions on submitting information electronically, please visit the website of the City of Helsinki >>

If you are only giving out small sweets wrapped in paper, crisps, or coffee, no notification is required.

Take care of the safety of your stand

Never leave valuables accessible when the exhibition day ends. Take care of all necessary insurances and consider renting possible safety accessories such as showcases, locks or security cables for computers and / or monitors.

Be Careful with Misleading Exhibition Directory Marketing

The Finnish Fair Corporation publishes the exhibition directories of fairs in electronic format on the web pages of the event, as well as in print format. The exhibition directory is also often made in cooperation with some Finnish media. Some administrators of chargeable directories in the internet have also approached the customers of the Finnish Fair Corporation mainly in order to charge them for the service. The chargeable on-line directories are completely useless to exhibitors.

In their information-request letters and forms, these directory entrepreneurs give an impression that they are working in cooperation with the Finnish Fair Corporation or the fair event in question. This is not true: the Finnish Fair Corporation does not work in cooperation with directory imposters. The imposters send by post or e-mail misleading contracts. A letter or a form is disguised to look like an information request which offers the company a chance to put their information in the directory. The message gives an impression that the service is free of charge. The binding force of the contract and the price of the service are usually hidden somewhere in the long general conditions, usually at the bottom of the paper.

A barrier-free parking system Autopay by Europark is in use at Messukeskus. Parking charges are collected by Europark.


Exhibition Office

The Exhibition Office assists exhibitors during the construction and opening hours of the event regarding matters such as stand orders.

Opening hours of the exhibition office will be published during May 2023.

Exhibitors’ Lounge

The Exhibitors’ Lounge is open during the opening hours of the event. The Exhibitors’ Lounge can be found on the 2nd floor in Siipi conference area. The door code is presented on the exhibitor pass.

You are welcome to come and enjoy a cup of coffee in the Exhibitors’ Lounge! The space has a small kitchenette together with toilets and showers.
