OPENING HOURS

Stand maintenance hours and dismantling hours

Stand maintenance hours: Tuesday 21st of May at 14:00 – 20:00
Construction entrance: Messukeskus congress wing (open at 14:00 – 20:00). Entrance after 17:00 only via Messukeskus Siipi entrance. No parking at construction entrances.

Exhibitors can enter to the exhibition area during that time. All exhibitors need to collect their exhibitor badge from info before entering the exhibit area. Please note that seminar programme is going on in the next rooms.

Plan and order stand structures and furniture

We price according to price periods. The earlier you place an order, the more you will save on the required products and services. Furthermore, you can ensure the availability of necessary products.

Placing your order by 15th of May you will acquire the products at a lower cost.

On 16.5.2023 prices for all additional orders as furniture, extra electricity etc. will increase by 20%

All the additional orders can be made on eMessukeskus our digital exhibition portal.

  1. Register as a user at https://beta.emessukeskus.com/en-US/registration

with the same email address you received the activation message.

  1. Confirm the user account by clicking on the confirmation link sent to your email. The confirmation request is sent to the email address you provided when you registered.
  2. After confirming the user account, you can log in.

After logging in to the service, you will see your participations in upcoming events on the front page. Choose participation and you can start making preparations for the upcoming fair.  In case of problems, we will be happy to help. Update your company logo and marketing name 26by th of April

We are providing all of the Festival’s partners and delegates Festival App, where we will gather all the needed information to make the Festival days as productive as possible. In the App you will find

We are sending the link to the platform on 15th of April.

The info should be provided by 19th of April so everything will be ready when the access for delegates will open on Monday 29th of April.

On top of our Radical program, we want to provide an opportunity for partners and delegates to Matchmake during the Radical Health Festival Helsinki 2024 and to find new cooperation opportunities, ideas, and other useful contacts and to widen your network.
Our festival platform is free of charge for all festival’s exhibitors and delegates. You can book 20 min meetings and meet people at the matchmaking area. Area is located in the exhibition area – just follow our matchmaking signs.

Invitation for the evening reception at the Helsinki City Hall

We warmly welcome you to join us at an evening reception at the Helsinki City Hall on Wednesday 22nd of May at 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Register no later than 14ht of May. After the May 14th the registration is not anymore possible, so make sure to register in advance! Register here >>

Cleaning services

SOL cleaning services look after the cleaning of general areas between event days. Messukeskus operates an advanced waste recycling system and all exhibitors have the possibility of leaving stand waste generated during construction and dismantling to be sorted by our cleaning staff. There will be large waste containers for packaging refuse.

Tidiness of the booth is an important part of the company image you are giving to Festival visitors. A tidy booth is inviting and creates a positive memory of the encounter. SOL will be happy to take responsibility for the tidiness and comfort of your exhibition booth. The cleaning service includes wiping tables, vacuuming/moist wiping floors and emptying trash bins.

All exhibition stand that have been ordered from Messukeskus includes start cleaning on Tuesday 21st of May after construction time. If you like SOL to handle cleaning of your stand during the event or after the first event day, it should be ordered separately.

Instruction for stand construction

Attaching posters, signs etc. to the walls and surfaces of the exhibition area is only allowed if using masking tape. The use of other types of tape, nails, screws etc. is not allowed.
If materials that are not allowed are used, the exhibitor will be invoiced for any damage or extra cleaning costs after the event.

Any goods exhibited are the exhibitors’ responsibility. We recommend you acquire the insurance needed and keep easily movable goods / items locked up when stand is unattended.

Wireless network

Corporate customers will now connect to the Exhibitor wireless network at Messukeskus. This network is separate from the Messukeskus network used by our visitors.

Make the most of logos and banners of the event in your own marketing channels

Don’t forget to share your event participation and new product releases taking place during the event in your own marketing and communications channels such as social media. You can use the event logos, banners and images to advertise your attendance without restrictions.

Services for media during the Festival 

The Radical Health Festival Helsinki Press Centre is located in the lobby next to the Info.

Exhibitor passes

Amount of exhibitor passes your company is entitled to is listed on the participation agreement.

NOTE! The exhibitor passes are meant for your personnel at the stand during the fair. The pass is valid during setup, event, and dismantling times. The pass must be visible during the event all time and it entitles its holder to admission to the Exhibitor’s club.

Passes only for stand constructors can be collected from exhibition info once stand constructors arrive to Messukeskus Siipi on Tuesday 22nd of May between 14:00 – 20:00 or / and Thursday 23rd of May 17:30 – 20:00.

Deliveries to your stand: logistics, storage and forwarding services

All goods sent to exhibition stands can be delivered starting from the construction day.

The exhibitor should be present to receive all deliveries.

Stand catering

Messukeskus Catering & Events is in charge of catering services at Messukeskus. Please order the event catering services to your stand latest one week before the event. Pre-ordered products will be delivered to your stand daily prior to the opening of the event, or at another scheduled time.

Remember to order lunch or coffee vouchers for your staff in advance – latest 4 days before the event.

Permits to serve food on food on your stand

Serving and tasting food products such as small sweets wrapped in paper, crisps, or coffee is allowed.

Alcoholic beverages at the stand

According to Finnish alcohol licensing legislation, selling and serving alcoholic beverages is always subject to license. In Messukeskus, the license-holder is Compass Group Oy. Licensing legislation prohibits the exhibitors from bringing their own or sponsored beverages to the events. Take care of the safety of your stand

Never leave valuables accessible when the exhibition day ends. Take care of all necessary insurances and consider renting possible safety accessories such as showcases, locks or security cables for computers and / or monitors.

In like manner we are prepared to take care of other possible security needs regarding your stand. These needs can be addressed with our security services

Exhibitor passes

The number of exhibitor passes or free tickets your company is entitled to can be found from the contract / order confirmation that you have received from us. 

You have received us an email where we have listed the registration codes needed for registaration. If you have not gotten the email, please contact us.

Where and when can I collect my partner pass?

Passes can be collected from Festival’s registration desk when you arrive to Messukeskus.

Restaurant services

NoHo Partners has started as Messukeskus’ restaurant and catering partner on 1 July, and as a result we have had a great line-up of interesting restaurant brands at our premises over the summer.

The NoHo partnership brings convenient electronic snack, drink and lunch tickets to our corporate customers. You can order product vouchers with QR codes for the amount of your choice and distribute them by email to users. The QR code on the ticket will serve as a payment method at the checkout of the restaurants. The tickets will be charged according to usage.

Orders for snack, drink, lunch and stand tickets are placed via the Restaurant Services online shop. If you do not already have one, please create a business account in the online shop. You will then be able to select the products you want.

Permits to sell and serve food

Serving and tasting food products such as small sweets wrapped in paper, crisps, or coffee is allowed.

If you serve or sell your own food at the stand, you must notify the City of Helsinki Environment Center no later than 4 working days before the event. If you are only giving out small sweets wrapped in paper, crisps, or coffee, no notification is required.

Be Careful with Misleading Exhibition Directory Marketing

The Finnish Fair Corporation publishes the exhibition directories of fairs in electronic format on the web pages of the event, as well as in print format. The exhibition directory is also often made in cooperation with some Finnish media. Some administrators of chargeable directories in the internet have also approached the customers of the Finnish Fair Corporation mainly in order to charge them for the service. The chargeable on-line directories are completely useless to exhibitors.

In their information-request letters and forms, these directory entrepreneurs give an impression that they are working in cooperation with the Finnish Fair Corporation or the fair event in question. This is not true: the Finnish Fair Corporation does not work in cooperation with directory imposters. The imposters send by post or e-mail misleading contracts. A letter or a form is disguised to look like an information request which offers the company a chance to put their information in the directory. The message gives an impression that the service is free of charge. The binding force of the contract and the price of the service are usually hidden somewhere in the long general conditions, usually at the bottom of the paper.

Parking

A barrier-free parking system Autopay by Europark is in use at Messukeskus. Parking charges are collected by Europark.

Exhibition Office

The Exhibition Office assists exhibitors during the construction and opening hours of the event regarding matters such as stand orders.

Opening hours of the exhibition office will be published during May 2023.

Exhibitors’ Lounge

You are welcome to come and enjoy a cup of coffee in the Exhibitors’ Lounge. The space has a small kitchenette together with toilets and showers.
